• Payment information: when you subscribe to Office Hours, your payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

• Process payments for Office Hours subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, your financial information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Microsoft Teams Community

Office Hours members communicate through a Microsoft Teams community. When you join, your Microsoft Teams profile information (name and profile picture) will be visible to other members. Session recordings may be shared within the community. Please be mindful of the information you share in community discussions.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

• Pages you visit and how long you spend on each page
• Your device type, browser, and operating system

• Microsoft Teams (Office Hours community) — see the Microsoft Teams Community section above

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and provide ongoing services.
